(EPA photo)JARKATA - Landslides on Bali island triggered by heavy rain have left 12 people dead and four others injured, the disaster agency said on Friday. The victims, including two children, were killed when landslides hit their houses in the Kintamani area around 11pm on Thursday. Rescuers have recovered the bodies of all the dead and evacuated the wounded, according to National Disaster Mitigation Agency spokesman Sutopo Purwo Nugroho. "People are encouraged to always be aware of landslides, floods, and cyclones," said Sutopo.
